Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Hisense account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of the carton, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
